NOMINATION PROCESS
“OPEN”: Any industry participant is able to enter as many nominations in various categories of awards as applicable to them on behalf of their organization, colleagues, clients or peers.
“INVITATION”: Global M&A Network generates a short list of nominees from the industry based on diligent research. Short listed nominees are invited to acknowledge their nomination and provide additional information.
SELECTION PROCESS
“FINALISTS”: Qualified based on eligibility standards and information on closed transactions.
“WINNERS”: Selected based on principles of objectivity and excellence via a point ranking methodology by an independent committee of quantitative professionals. Set of evaluating criteria for allocating points is listed in the awards brochure available at the awards gala and ceremony.
